Since its establishment in 2001, the group has focused on investing in attractive real estate across the Czech Republic, including commercial and administrative buildings, hotels, and residential properties.
The e-Finance Group has an extensive portfolio of completed and leased properties, whose value already exceeds CZK
1,98 billion. Including projects in preparation and under construction, the total value of the group's real estate assets reaches CZK
2,64 billion.
The portfolio of the e-Finance Group includes several significant projects that considerably contribute to the group's value and prestige. These include EFI Palace, which houses the luxurious hotel EFI Palace Hotel***. Another significant project is the Brno hotel EFI SPA Hotel**** Superior, which offers first-class accommodation and wellness services.
The e-Finance Group is also involved in the reconstruction of historical buildings, such as the Zámek Račice. Here, plans include the creation of an educational center and a wellness hotel in three separate buildings – Podzámčí, Předzámčí, and the main castle building. Another project is the EFI shopping gallery in Jihlava, which represents a modern shopping environment in the heart of the city.
The e-Finance Group is the parent company of several subsidiaries, including the real estate agency e-Finance Reality, construction company Czech Property Fund, s.r.o., architectural and design office e-Finance Developer, s.r.o., and other business corporations specializing in the management of their own properties.
