The luxurious boutique hotel EFI SPA Hotel Superior **** & Pivovar in Brno has 35 apartments for 70 people and 40 parking spaces in covered garages. This hotel also includes the restaurant EFI Hostinec Osmec and its own craft EFI Brewery. 

EFI Residence Holzova in Brno offers a total of 8 fully furnished apartments (six one-room apartments and two three-room apartments) with a total capacity of 20 beds. Private parking is also available.
