EFI Mlýn, EFI Motorest and Ponds in Hodonín near Kunštát

The company eFi Sport Centrum, s.r.o. is the owner of the complex in Hodonín near Kunštát, which includes the existing building of the former mill. The complex features a water reservoir and sports field. Previously, a permit was issued for construction modifications to the building. Currently, the design division of the e-Finance, a.s. group is preparing a project for the construction, aiming to restore the existing building to its original architectural style from the mid-19th century, preserving the impression of a farmhouse of that era. The result of the project will be an accommodation facility with a self-service kitchen and a common room.

The EFI Mill building includes a total of 11 apartments (1st floor – 3 apartments, 2nd floor – 8 apartments) with sizes: 7x studio, 2x 1-bedroom apartment, 1x 2-bedroom apartment, and 1x 3-bedroom apartment.

At the same time, a building permit was issued for the completion of the roadhouse complex, where a new summer kitchen, SunBar, and social facilities for the recreational area, including utility networks, will be created.

Simultaneously, the construction of a new recreational water reservoir in the area and a new wastewater treatment plant, which will serve the recreational area, was also approved.
