EFI Mlýn in Hodonín near Kunštát – a unique project with a future

The e-Finance Group is currently working intensively on the development of the attractive EFI Mlýn complex in Hodonín near Kunštát. This unique project combines history, nature, and modern recreation, and represents an important part of the e-Finance Group’s long-term strategy.

What’s new in the EFI Mlýn project?

At present, all key documents and projects have been fully prepared, including:

• the restoration of the historic mill building,
• the completion of the motel and adjacent buildings,
• the construction of a recreational pond and a wastewater treatment plant (WWTP).

All these projects already have the necessary building permits, and the e-Finance Group can soon proceed with their implementation.

Current progress – campsite and cooperation with the municipality

Negotiations are currently underway with the mayor of Hodonín near Kunštát regarding the final part of the project – the construction of a campsite around the planned recreational pond. We are awaiting the municipality’s final statement, which will be issued after discussion by the local council.

The creation of the campsite is a key step not only in boosting tourism in the region but also in increasing the attractiveness of the entire EFI Mlýn complex as a popular destination for visitors from a wide area.
