Summer menu at EFI Hostinec Osmec: grilled specialties and renowned pork knuckle
Summer in Brno calls for good food outdoors and honest cuisine. At EFI Hostinec Osmec, we have prepared a summer menu that will delight all lovers of meat and fresh fish. The main star of the menu is our renowned roasted pork knuckle – slowly cooked until tender, with a crispy crust, served with pickled vegetables, mustard, apple horseradish, and fresh bread. A traditional taste that is unforgettable – ideal with a chilled beer on a hot day. For those craving something lighter from the grill, we offer fish or seafood according to the daily offer, a juicy beef steak, gently roasted chicken breast, pork tenderloin, and grilled Halloumi cheese. Summer Refreshment with Raspberry EFI Beaer Lemonade
Summer calls for something refreshing, fruity, and ideally with ice. Whether you're planning a garden party or just want to enjoy an afternoon on the balcony, in EFI NEWS you'll find a recipe for a summer drink that you'll love. The star of the mixed drink is our EFI Beaer Lemonade – raspberry lemonade, which gives the drink a beautiful color and great taste. We've prepared two versions for you: raspberry mojito with rum for adults and a non-alcoholic raspberry “mocktail” for drivers or children. Both can be easily mixed at home – all you need is lime, mint, ice, and delicious raspberry EFI Beaer Lemonade. The result is a perfectly refreshing summer drink that tastes like a holiday. News from EFI Brewery: Wheat Beer on Tap and Brünner Lager in a Can
Summer is in full swing, and with it come beer news from EFI Brewery. Fresh wheat beer is flowing on tap in our pubs, brewed with care and traditional recipes right in Brno. It's a light, mildly fruity, and very refreshing beer – the ideal companion to quench your thirst on hot days. You can taste this summer specialty not only at EFI Hostinec Osmec but also in the garden of EFI Hostinec Zelňák at Brno's Zelný Market. Another novelty from the craft EFI Brewery is our EFI Brünner Lager, which you can now enjoy from a can on the go. We brew this authentic Czech lager using the classic two-decoction method from 100% Moravian malt, Czech hops, and pure water. The result is a golden beer with a perfectly balanced taste, a subtle hop aroma, and a rich foam. We now offer it in a practical package – ideal for trips, picnics, barbecues, or even by the sea.
EFI Hostinec Zelňák at the Music Marathon in Brno
Brno is once again set to resonate with music in every corner – the Music Marathon festival returns to the city's streets from August 7–10, 2025, bringing with it days full of music, joy, and summer atmosphere. Of course, we can't miss it! EFI Hostinec Zelňák at Zelný trh is right in the heart of the action, and will once again be part of the festival. We have prepared a special festival menu for visitors – look forward to BBQ pork ribs with Tonkatsu sauce, fried onions, and cabbage salad with horseradish. Enjoy great music from all sides and something delicious to eat with us.

Secured e-Finance Bonds: Security and Yield up to 9% p.a.
In conclusion, we have for you the current offer of secured bonds from e-Finance. If you are looking for an attractive and possibly slightly conservative appreciation of free funds, our bonds are the right way. We now offer, for example, one-year bonds with a fixed 7% annual yield, as well as two-year and three-year bonds secured by Račice Castle with a yield of up to 9% annually, or special four-year anti-inflation bonds with interest at the rate of inflation + 1%. All our bonds are secured by attractive assets (e.g., real estate) and are subject to an approved prospectus by the Czech National Bank.
