eFi Business galerie, apartments and offices, Jihlava – extension

Multifunctional building eFi Obchodní galerie in Jihlava will undergo an extension. This is a development project by the e-Finance group. The building is located on the busy Žižkova Street near the city center. The commercial five-story building with an elevator has undergone a major renovation and is currently 85% leased. On the 2nd floor, a shopping gallery with fourteen retail units and a commercial area of 601 m2 was built. The result of the renovation is a state where commercial spaces are located on the 1st and 2nd floors, office spaces and apartments on the 3rd and 4th floors, and fitness, wellness, and storage spaces on the basement level.   In the upcoming period, the e-Finance group plans to build an EXTENSION with several residential units. The layout solution of the extension includes 11 residential units of the following sizes:

• 4x 1+kk
• 6x 2+kk
• 1x 3+kk
