This is a multifunctional building located on plots no. 3440; the plot includes the building, 3446/1 and 3447/2 in the town of Jihlava, cadastral area Jihlava.

The building is located in Jihlava on the busy Žižkova street near the city center. The commercial five-story building with an elevator has undergone major reconstruction and is currently 95% leased.
