The apartment-style eFi Hotel in the center of Brno offers accommodation for up to 211 guests in 88 apartments in 2 hotel wings. 

This is a historical building in the center of Brno, which was used for many years by the South Moravian Region Emergency Medical Service.

The Forecastle of Castle Račice-Pístovice offers newly renovated luxury apartments and rooms, the Konírna social hall, and the EFI Hostinec Konírna restaurant.

EFI Brewery, which is part of the multifunctional building of the Brno EFI SPA Hotel**** Superior in Brno at 28th October Square, was built for brewing craft beers using traditional production methods on the most modern available technology with a planned production of 200,000 liters of beer per year.

This is a smaller development project by the e-Finance group in the center of the village Bílovice nad Svitavou, in the Brno-venkov district.

A ten-story annex, with 2 underground and 8 above-ground floors, of the multifunctional complex eFi Palace Hotel.

The company eFi Sport Centrum, s.r.o. is the owner of the complex in Hodonín near Kunštát, which includes the existing building of the former mill. The complex features a water reservoir and a sports field.

Multifunctional house eFi Obchodní galerie in Jihlava will receive an extension. This is a development project of the e-Finance group.

This is the construction of the second building of the modern mountain recreational center eFi ApartHotel with an additional fifteen apartments.

The project includes the complete renovation of an apartment building in the town of Jeseník, which will offer 12 to 14 modern residential units upon completion.

One of the key steps in the area of sustainability is electromobility and the modernization of our vehicle fleet. eFi Palace, s.r.o. acquired 2 TESLA vehicles with the support of the program, and Czech Property Fund, s.r.o. acquired 9 TESLA vehicles.

e-Finance, through the Czech Property Fund, combines photovoltaics, CHP, and battery storage over 1 MW with an ERÚ license for production, trade, and energy storage with the aim of achieving energy self-sufficiency by 2029.
