eFi Palace Hotel, Brno, Phase 3, extension

This is an extension of the multifunctional complex eFi Palace Hotel on a plot of 925 m2. A zoning decision for this extension was issued on March 26, 2018, which became legally binding on May 15, 2018, and a building permit was issued in the spring of 2019, which became legally binding in May 2019.

It is a ten-story extension, with 2 underground and 8 above-ground floors, of the hotel in the gap of the row development on plots no. 786, 788, 789, cadastral area Zábrdovice, city Brno, which will be functionally connected to the existing part of the hotel, and also a two-story superstructure on the existing hotel. The building will be used as a hotel, for long-term apartment rentals, and will operate office spaces.

In the 1st floor - 2nd basement, there will be parking spaces in three-story covered garages under the hotel and technical facilities of the building. On the 1st floor, there will also be the hotel lobby with facilities and connecting corridors to the existing two phases. On the 2nd floor, there will be offices (for 65 people) and apartments. On the 3rd to 7th floors, there will be 52 accommodation units (apartments) with an area ranging from 30 to 150 m2. On the 8th floor, there will be apartments and office spaces. The 7th and 8th floors will be located above the existing part of the hotel.

The project for the construction is currently being completed. Subsequently, the tendering for the general contractor of the construction will take place. We anticipate that construction will begin in 2026.
