eFi ApartHotel, Horní Lipová, Lipová Lázně

This is the first phase of a modern mountain recreational resort covering over 9,000 m2 at the border of the Jeseníky and Kralický Sněžník areas, whose construction was completed and approved in September 2018. It is the first building within the entire project of two aparthotels and a congress, fitness, and wellness building. The mountain resort is located in the village of Lipová-lázně. The facility includes 14 superiorly equipped four-bed apartments and one double studio, with a total capacity of 58 beds. EFi ApartHotel is suitable for groups of tourists, families with children, and individuals. Each apartment is equipped with a living room with a kitchenette, a dining area, a sofa bed (a full double bed), a large bed in the bedroom, a bathroom with a shower and toilet, and each apartment has a balcony or terrace. The apartments range in size from 44-54 m2. The apartments are wheelchair accessible, and there is an elevator in the building.
