Project description
On December 9, 2022, the company eFi Břeclav, s.r.o. purchased properties in the village of Prušánky. It is a building with land in the part of the village of Prušánky with the descriptive number 424.
It is a commercial fuel station with a shop and facilities, which also includes spaces that are currently rented and used for operating a tire service and car service. On the second floor of the building, there are storage spaces with an entrance formed by a driveway ramp from the courtyard part of the building.
The total area of the land measuring 1,289 m2 forms a functional unit with the building in the shape of a rectangle. Access to the land is possible from the side and the back part of the garden, which is bordered by a wall.
The EFI OIL Prušánky operation has been running since January 16, 2023.
The company eFi Břeclav, s.r.o. built with the help of a financial grant for the development of tourist infrastructure Caravan Parking 2023, of the South Moravian Region in the back part of the Fuel Station, the so-called Stellplatz – or caravan parking for motorhomes and caravans.
