Reconstruction of an Apartment Building in the Municipality of Jeseník The project involves the complete reconstruction of an apartment building in the municipality of Jeseník, which will offer 14 to 16 modern apartment units upon completion. The exact layout of the apartments may still be adjusted, but the current plan includes:

• 1st Floor (1NP): 7 apartments of type 1+kk
• 2nd Floor (2NP): 7 apartments of type 1+kk
• Attic: 2 apartments of type 3+kk

The renovated apartments will be partially sold and partially rented, providing flexibility for the various needs of future residents. The project focuses on creating comfortable and modern living spaces with an emphasis on quality and functionality.
