Electromobility and Fleet Modernization

One of the key steps in the area of sustainability is electromobility and the modernization of our fleet. eFi Palace, s.r.o. acquired with the support of the program 2 TESLA vehicles and Czech Property Fund, s.r.o. acquired 9 TESLA vehicles. These vehicles are used for everyday operational purposes, contribute to reducing operational costs, and simultaneously reduce the carbon footprint of our companies. The transition to electromobility represents a step towards higher efficiency and long-term sustainable operation.

On August 16, 2024, we took delivery of a fleet of 11 new Tesla electric vehicles, which were immediately put into operation. The purchase was supported by an EU subsidy through the National Development Bank and its Electromobility program. Investing in electromobility allows us not only to improve operational efficiency but also to strengthen our environmental responsibility and fulfill the principles of sustainable business.

Electromobility in Subsidiaries

In addition to the development of electromobility, we are also focusing on the area of energy self-sufficiency. We are preparing the installation of solar panels on selected buildings and the construction of cogeneration units, which will enable more efficient use of energy and reduce losses during its transmission. We plan to apply these technologies in other projects within our portfolio.

Energy Self-Sufficiency and Next Steps

In addition to the development of electromobility, we are also focusing on the area of energy self-sufficiency. We are preparing the installation of solar panels on selected buildings and the construction of cogeneration units, which will enable more efficient energy use and reduce losses during its transmission. We plan to apply these technologies in other projects within our portfolio as well.
