Energy projects

Project description
e-Finance brings innovative energy solutions with an ERÚ license for energy trading
Our company e-Finance, through its subsidiary Czech Property Fund, s.r.o., introduces modern and sustainable projects in the energy sector to the market, based on a combination of photovoltaic power plants (FVE), combined heat and power (CHP) technology, and large battery storage systems with a capacity of over 1 MW, as well as new infrastructure for electromobility. Thanks to the license from the Energy Regulatory Office (ERÚ), we are ready to actively produce and trade electricity, thus contributing to a sustainable future.
e-Finance Energy Division and Building Operation Efficiency
In addition to the real estate business, the group is developing its energy division through Czech Property Fund, s.r.o., which helps reduce energy losses, optimize consumption, and increase the self-sufficiency of the group's properties. By participating in performance balance services (SVR), the division also actively contributes to the stability of building operations and their long-term lower energy costs.
Photovoltaics and Cogeneration
We will launch the first production facilities in the form of FVE in 2025, thereby initiating our strategy of combined CHP and FVE solutions. The first CHP sources will follow in 2026, in collaboration with the Czech company Tedom, which has long specialized in the development and production of cogeneration units. Our plans include development up to 2029, during which we will continuously increase the energy self-sufficiency of the entire e-Finance group's projects.
Electromobility
From 2026, the group will launch the operation of charging stations for electric vehicles at two addresses in Brno – Bratislavská 52 and náměstí 28. října. This plan fits into a broader energy strategy that connects production, storage, and consumption management in the group's facilities.
Additionally, in August 2024, the company put into operation a fleet of 11 Tesla electric vehicles acquired with the support of the Electromobility program. This step reduces operational costs and carbon footprint, strengthening the group's long-term sustainability.
More information about electromobility can be found in the ELECTROMOBILITY project.
Battery Storage and Performance Balance Services
To ensure stable supplies, we are also working on integrating battery systems, which we are developing in collaboration with the "Czechoslovak" company Tesla Energy. This company builds on the history of the Tesla brand, whose roots date back to the Czechoslovak era and whose name is associated with a tradition of electronics and innovation in our region. Battery storage plays a key role in performance balance services (PBS), enabling us to efficiently manage production, consumption, and energy storage and adapt to market fluctuations.
Cogeneration Auction Support
According to materials from the Ministry of Industry and Trade, support for new CHP sources is provided in the form of an "auction bonus" for a period of 15 years, with a maximum of 3,300 supported hours per year. The actual amount of the bonus depends on future hourly electricity prices and the actual operation of the plant.
For four e-Finance projects (1.2 MW each), the technical cap over 15 years is approximately as follows:
Location | Electric Power | Theoretical MWh over 15 years (cap) | Model cap bonus (CZK) |
Račice-Pístovice | 1.2 MW | 59,400 MWh | ≈ 205,000,000 CZK |
Brno-Zábrdovice / Bratislavská | 1.2 MW | 59,400 MWh | ≈ 226,000,000 CZK |
Hodonín u Kunštátu | 1.2 MW | 59,400 MWh | ≈ 238,000,000 CZK |
Břeclav | 1.2 MW | 59,400 MWh | ≈ 238,000,000 CZK |
Summary for all four projects: approximately ≈ 0.9 billion CZK (theoretical cap).

Our Strategy Until 2029
By combining CHP and PV with robust storage systems, we create a comprehensive energy solution with high efficiency and environmental consideration. This strategy saves fuel, minimizes emissions, and opens the door to further innovations. Intensive project preparation is carried out in collaboration with specialists from a wide range of fields – from engineering and project management to finance and marketing.
