Summer is here, and with it the June edition of EFI NEWS, packed with inspiration for lovers of great beer, relaxing trips, investment tips, and refreshing recipes. We bring you an overview of the most interesting highlights prepared in the latest e-Finance issue, along with several practical tips on how to make the most of summer 2025. EFI Brünner Lager on Tap at EFI Hostinec Osmec

On the front pages you’ll find a feature on the freshly tapped EFI Brünner Lager at Hostinec Osmec in Brno, which we kegged and canned just last week. Stop by to taste our new specialty – golden color, bold bitterness, and a full-bodied flavor best enjoyed right on the spot, with a thick foam and perfect carbonation.

Tip: Keep an eye on seasonal offers, as EFI Brünner Lager will soon also be available in cans, ready to be enjoyed on the go.

Summer Drinks and Menu Updates at EFI Hostinec Osmec

Besides beer, the June EFI NEWS also introduces the new summer drink and food menu. The summer edition of beverages is based on homemade EFI Beaer Lemonade, crafted by our EFI Brewery. In this article you’ll find inspiration on how to pair refreshing lemonades with summer cocktails.

The menu has undergone a light refresh: try grilled octopus with beans and chorizo, fried zucchini with garlic aioli and parmesan, duck liver pâté with port wine and cranberries, or roast beef carpaccio with homemade focaccia. Among the meat dishes, we recommend chicken breast supreme with grilled vegetables or sirloin roast beef with pepper sauce. And to finish, don’t miss the sweet “rakvička” with whipped cream, strawberry sorbet, and strawberry sauce.

EFI Spa Hotel Superior**** & Brewery

The June EFI NEWS also brings updates from the four-star EFI Spa Hotel, where we have switched to premium cosmetics by Rituals (Rituals of Mehr in the apartments, Rituals of Jing in the wellness zone). Guests can now enjoy deep relaxation in a harmonious atmosphere.

Summer Getaways: Račice Castle and Jeseníky

Investment Properties and Real Estate Tips

The “About e-Finance” section brings an overview of rising residential property prices in 2024, with Eurostat data: an average increase of 4.9% in the EU, and as high as 8.4% in the Czech Republic. This makes real estate an attractive investment even for everyday investors. e-Finance offers secured bonds starting from CZK 50,000, backed by specific projects (e.g., Račice Castle) or shares of the EFI Hotels & Properties group. Currently, we recommend:

• One-year bonds with 7% yield
• Two-year bonds with 8% yield (secured by Račice Castle)
• Three-year secured bonds with yields up to 9% (secured by Račice Castle or EFI Hotels & Properties shares)
• Four-year anti-inflation bonds (interest: inflation + 1% annually)

e-Finance Energy Projects

Within its subsidiary Czech Property Fund, e-Finance is preparing energy self-sufficiency projects: a combination of photovoltaic power plants (PV), cogeneration (CHP), and battery storage with outputs above 1 MW. The first PV plant will be launched in 2025, with the first CHP units scheduled for 2026 thanks to cooperation with Tedom. By 2029, our goal is to gradually increase energy independence across the e-Finance group and develop battery storage in collaboration with Tesla Energy.

Tip: Follow the e-Finance blog and social media for regular updates on PV operations, CHP launches, and potential green energy partnerships.
