eFi ApartHotel, Lipová Lázně, Phase II

This is the second phase of the construction of the modern mountain recreational resort eFi ApartHotel, covering an area of over 9,000 m2 at the border of the Jeseníky and Kralický Sněžník mountains, with completion set to begin in the coming years. A building permit has already been issued for the construction of the second building with an additional fifteen apartments, similar to those built in the first phase in 2016. Furthermore, a building permit has been issued for the construction of a separate building that includes a restaurant, conference center, wellness and fitness zones, outdoor pool, and tennis court. The mountain resort is located in the village of Lipová-lázně. eFi ApartHotel is suitable for groups of tourists, families with children, and individuals. Each apartment will be equipped with a living room with a kitchenette, dining area, sofa bed (full double bed), large bed in the bedroom, bathroom with shower and toilet, and each apartment will have a balcony or terrace. The apartments will range in size from 44-54 m2. The apartments will have barrier-free access, and an elevator will be installed in the building.
