Project description

This is a development project by the e-Finance group on land in Břeclav, in the cadastral area of Charvátská Nová Ves. The land is designated for residential building construction in the Břeclav zoning plan. The buildings will feature apartments ranging from 29 m2 to 48 m2 + loggia. The usable area of the apartments themselves is 1600 m2.

Apartment Building 01: 12x 1+KK, 8x 2+KK, 5 above-ground floors

Apartment Building 02: 16x 2+KK, 5 above-ground floors.

Parking: 36 regular spaces, 2 for disabled


The project includes the construction of two modern apartment buildings, whose architectural design respects current housing trends. The buildings will offer a total of 36 apartment units of various layouts, from smaller apartments suitable for individuals or couples to more spacious apartments intended for families with children. Each apartment is designed with an emphasis on practicality, modern design, and maximum living comfort. In the immediate vicinity, there will also be a new parking lot for personal vehicles, which will belong to the owners of the apartment units – a total of 38 parking spaces, including 2 for disabled.

The project is now entering the phase of acquiring project documentation for construction execution. Thanks to the already obtained final building permit, all legislative obstacles have been removed, and construction can begin without delay upon completion of the execution documentation. The expected completion of the project is planned within two years from the start of construction, when the new apartments will be ready for handover to their owners.

The apartments are designed with energy efficiency and ecological standards in mind. The construction will use modern materials and technologies that ensure low operating and maintenance costs for the buildings. Quality materials, a high standard of apartment equipment, and ample parking spaces for residents are a given.
