EFI Residence Holzova 28

EFI Byty, s.r.o. has recently completed the construction of a new residential building in the corner gap on Holzova Street in Brno. It is a building with two above-ground floors and a residential attic with nine apartment units of sizes 1+kk, 3+kk, and 4+1. The construction, in its character and overall expression, follows the previously completed residential building Holzova 30, which was built by a sister company within the e-Finance holding. EFI Residence Holzova 28 is located on Holzova Street at the intersection with Letecká Street. The main entrance to the building and also the driveway to the courtyard of the residential building is from Holzova Street. The residential building has a sufficient number of parking spaces, both garage and outdoor.
