Our company e-Finance, through its subsidiary Czech Property Fund, s.r.o., brings modern and sustainable projects in the energy sector to the market, based on a combination of photovoltaic power plants (FVE), combined heat and power (CHP) technology, and large battery storage systems with a capacity of over 1MW. Thanks to a license from the Energy Regulatory Office (ERÚ), we are ready to actively produce and trade electricity, thus contributing to a sustainable future.

We will launch the first production facilities in the form of FVE this year, thereby kickstarting our strategy of combined CHP and FVE solutions. The first CHP sources will follow in 2026, for which we are collaborating with the Czech company Tedom, which has long specialized in the development and production of cogeneration units. Our plans include development up to 2029, during which we will continuously increase the energy self-sufficiency of the entire e-Finance group’s projects.

To ensure stable supplies, we are also working on integrating battery systems, which we are developing in collaboration with the "Czechoslovak" company Tesla Energy. This company builds on the history of the Tesla brand, whose roots date back to the Czechoslovak era and whose name is associated with a tradition of electronics and innovation in our region. Battery storage plays a key role in performance balance services (SVR), enabling us to efficiently manage energy production, consumption, and storage and adapt to market fluctuations.

By combining CHP and FVE with robust storage systems, we create a comprehensive energy solution with high efficiency and environmental consideration. This strategy saves fuel, minimizes emissions, and opens the door to further innovations. Intensive project preparation is carried out in collaboration with specialists from a wide range of fields—from engineering and project management to finance and marketing.
