As part of the ongoing modernization and revitalization of the eFi Business Gallery in Jihlava, we have undertaken the reconstruction of the existing ground floor, which previously housed a grocery store.
What changes took place during the revitalization?
- An area of approximately 650 m² was completely redesigned with a new interior layout.
- Instead of the original unit, 9 new units ranging from 32 to 140 m² were built.
- The access terrace was renovated, and brand-new aluminum shopfronts were installed.
- All units now meet the standards of modern commercial spaces.
- Each unit is equipped with all utility connections – water, sewage, air conditioning, fiber-optic internet, high-quality tiling, etc.
- Some units feature private restrooms, including showers.
- Tenants and their clients have access to modern shared restrooms and a kitchenette in the building’s facilities.
The exceptional quality of the reconstruction and the creation of a premium commercial environment is clearly reflected in the building’s 100% occupancy rate!
In the next stage, the property’s value will be further enhanced not only through the renovation of individual retail spaces within the building but also by addressing one of the most pressing issues in city centers – parking. Work has already begun in the building’s basement to convert the existing cellar spaces into covered parking bays. These new parking spaces will be available not only for the commercial tenants of the building but also for the planned extension of the property with an additional residential floor.
Once all renovations and reconstructions are completed, the eFi Business Gallery will truly become a modern commercial hub in the heart of Jihlava, the regional capital!
