The EFI Residence Holzova 28 apartment building received its occupancy permit in September 2022. Every apartment has a SIEMENS smart-home system controlling the air-conditioning for cooling and heating and the electric exterior blinds.
Each apartment has its own Baxi gas condensing boiler for heating and hot water, a cellar unit and, in most cases, a balcony or loggia. Ownership is freehold. A garage in the building can be purchased with any apartment.
