Every apartment has a living room with a kitchenette and dining area, a sofa bed, a large bed in the bedroom and a bathroom with a shower and WC. Each comes with a balcony or terrace, a private parking space and its own gas boiler — so you control and pay for your own heating.
The apartments have barrier-free access, the building has a lift and a shared ski and bike room, and a caretaker looks after the property. Floor areas range from 32.61 to 54 m², ownership is freehold, energy performance class C (121 kWh/(m²·year)).

What buyers ask most
The stated price is the final sale price including all furnishings of the apartment and one parking space in front of the building. You pay no estate-agent commission. The reservation fee on signing the agreement on a future purchase contract is CZK 500,000, and an additional parking space can be bought for CZK 200,000. On top of the price you only pay the usual running costs (utilities, management, repair fund).
Yes. If you wish, we will lease the apartment from you — you then receive rent from a single tenant within the e-Finance group and do not have to deal with guests or management. We set the terms for each specific unit.
Each apartment has its own gas boiler, so you control and pay for heating and hot water separately. You do not depend on a shared boiler room or a flat fee.

Yes, a 2018 new build with its own parking space is routinely financeable by banks. We will help you choose the financing and prepare the documents for the bank.
The apartments are in Horní Lipová (municipality of Lipová-lázně) in the Jeseníky Mountains, on the border with the Králický Sněžník range. The Ramzová, Ostružná and Petříkov ski resorts are 6–9 km away, the town of Jeseník 9 km and Červenohorské sedlo 24 km.
Dům má 15 apartmánů dokončených v roce 2018. Aktuálně jsou na prodej čtyři — studio 1+kk (č. 11) a tři apartmány 2+kk (č. 13, 14 a 15).

You choose an apartment and view it — ideally during a trial stay. Next comes the agreement on a future purchase contract with a CZK 500,000 reservation fee, then the purchase contract, financing and registration in the land register. You pay no estate-agent commission.
Yes, a foreign individual or legal entity can also buy an apartment. We work in Czech, English and Polish and will help with the documents for the bank and the land register.
